There were some really good bits today. The scrums went well, and the tackles in most parts were good. Chelmsford just gave a better performance, winning 14-3.

We need to play as a team, and we didn't do that today. Instead of running across each other we need to meet the man and pass it! In the second half we didn't up our game and unfortunately gave up a little, but we live and learn and we go again next time.

Success is not always about winning or the score, its about how we play and that we play our best. In the first half, we tackled, we rucked, we supported each other and dealt with their big runners. In the second half, we dropped off and shut down, which is not normal for the team. Lets make sure we keep our heads held high and keep going next time.

Todays, player of the week went to Jude, well done! Chelmsford also awarded a man of the match, which was given to Kasey.
