The start of the game was really positive with some great runs, offloads and tackles and were pretty much matched.

We did drop off a little at the end of the first half and we lost some support for each other.
We were losing retention of the ball and Romford took advantage and won the ball. We were slow to the rucks which meant Romford were winning them, but we were hassling their ball carriers and made them make crazy long passes.

We played with passion, kept tackling and support play was better in the second half and never gave up. Still some loose carries, and a few things to work on, but it was a great game and made great improvement from the last time we played them. Everyone played their part and gave 100%.

The Romford coaches were very complimentary for keeping composure and battling on.

The player of the week was chosen by the team captain and was awarded to Kayden, well done.

The final score was Burnham 25 - 50 Romford.
